LCK Bespoke Designs is a family-run business based in Glasgow, specialising in made-to-order personalised gifts, clothing, keepsakes, wedding accessories, downloadable prints, and custom products for every occasion.
LCK is named after our three children — Lauchlan, Callum & Kallie — who are the inspiration behind our business and everything we create.
What started as a passion for creating meaningful personalised items has grown into a business built around family, creativity, and attention to detail. Every order is designed and made with care to help celebrate special moments, create lasting memories, and bring your ideas to life.
From personalised baby gifts and bridal accessories to custom clothing, business printing, and photo keepsakes, we pride ourselves on creating unique products that are both personal and memorable.

Refund & Returns Policy
At LCK Bespoke Designs, all of our products are made to order and personalised specially for you. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item received
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.
Personalisation
Please ensure all spelling, dates, colours, sizes, and custom details are entered correctly when ordering. LCK Bespoke Designs cannot be responsible for customer errors submitted at checkout.

Processing Times
As all items are handmade and made to order, processing times may vary during busy periods. Estimated turnaround times will be shown at checkout or discussed when ordering.
